During the 2011-12 school year, I served as a fifth grade teacher at what is now Helen Toland Elementary school. . Through the use of Macbook pros, learners developed portfolios, edited video and audio, and collaborated effectively in order to express the Common Core Standards and International Baccalaureate planners.
During the 2012-2013, I became the technology instructor and helped learners K-5 integrate technology into their IB planners. Learners learned app development, video and audio editing, and web design.
